Payment 1 of 3 for a pair of costumes: Bilbo ($1740 total) and Frodo ($1815) Baggins. Each costume includes:

Materials shall be sourced to be as screen-accurate as possible, including velvet, muslin, corduroy, and tweed.
Photos will be sent as often as possible to document each costume’s progress, especially where client approval is needed.
