The cuirass is a short tunic or jerkin, resembling a breastplate. Made to resemble those worn by the Rangers of Ithilien.

all edges wrapped with leather binding
closes in front with eyelets and lacing
closes under each arm with rings and lacing
includes additional eyelets around the armscye, for attaching various separate sleeves in the future. Possible small shoulder cap for protecting topmost area of lacing in this area. See drawing for details.
