Leather Doublet of Robin Hood

For any outlaw that cherishes freedom, or any collector that cherishes quality, this is an intricately crafted leather doublet.

Inspired by the 2006-2009 BBC series “Robin Hood,” this design is produced with authentic materials and replication techniques. Choose from the BASIC or the DELUXE finish.

BASIC:
- Pieces cut from 100% genuine leather
- Raised piping, divided by panels of ornate quilting
- Sectioned Sleeves for the upper and lower arm, accurately jointed with cord and eyelets
- All edges bound with smooth leather trimming
- Oil-tanned leather straps with 12 buckles join the panels on the front and sides
- (Thanks to the adjustable straps, the doublet can comfortably fit most sizes between Men’s Small to Men’s Large)

DELUXE:
- For the truly authentic replica, the basic doublet plus many intricate details!
- Green suede leather hood with whipstitched edges
- Eyelets and rivets installed around the edges and paneling across the chest, back, and sleeves
- Sturdy brown leather cord whipped around the edges of the body and shoulder panels
- Plaited leather lace across the shoulders and chest
- Green leather cord laced in X’s across the chest and back
- (these additions are time-consuming, and require hundreds of eyelets and rivets, as well as dozens of yards of various leather laces.)
