Southern Ranger's Cuirass, Tunic, and Shirt
This is a handmade outift, inspired by Faramir’s ranger garb in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Perfect for any detail-oriented cosplayer or collector!
This is the most detailed replica for this costume available, and (much like Faramir) has shown its quality. The very highest.
The SHIRT:
100% cotton, hand-quilted with a diamond pattern.
Allows for full range of motion, including archery and riding.
Approximately 200+ eyelets (depending on size) lacing up the sleeves.
Machine washable woven cord laces (leather laces available upon request).
The TUNIC:
100% olive green cotton.
Screen-accurate zigzag stitching along the front edges.
6 hand-braided ties.
Padded suede sleeves with eyelets, laced up with woven cord.
The CUIRASS:
100% genuine leather garment, hand-dyed and weathered to accurate shades
Hand-carved panels and trim, featuring details not (currently) included in ANY other Faramir costumes
Solid Brass rings with leather cord lacing up each side
IMPORTANT: after purchasing, you will need to provide measurements for the ideal fit. Please consult size chart included in the photos to estimate the correct measurements.
(While this is an authentic and durable piece of leatherwork and tailory, and could historically function as light armor, this outift will *not* protect bearer from orc arrows, raging war-animals, and loss of kin)
